We involve our project management team early on, in order to draft achievable and accurate financial projections as early as during the due diligence period.
Investor Relations
The investor relations team is responsible for raising funds for all new acquisitions, as well as keeping our investor pool informed and updated about their investments at all times.
We use a third-party investment portal to distribute and collect information, but keep very close touch with each individual so we can ensure their investment goals continue to be met.
Asset Management
The asset management team keeps close tabs on the property management companies on site.
Recurring audits, weekly meetings as well as a meticulous asset management plan ensure that all properties under our management are outperforming our forecasts.
Project Management
In order to ensure value-add goals are achieved, we employ a separate project management team in-house that keeps track of the construction and upgrades performed at all properties at all times.
We partner with our design firm and sister company to create design concepts unmatched in the markets we are present, and therefore setting ourselves apart from other multi-family properties.
