    The Landings at North Ingle is a 140 unit B+ multifamily asset. Previous management had only poorly renovated a few units not maximizing on rents. We started the value add immediately and worked on improving expenses by billing back utilities.

  • LAKESIDE & LAKEVIEW

    This 216-unit was not being maximized as the renovations were being performed at substandard quality and loss-to-lease was not being captured. Since our purchase, we are making significant investments in unit upgrades with high end design, improved and are adding new amenities, and providing more consistent, high- quality customer service to the residents. This asset has exceeded underwriting expectations and is executing 2-3 years ahead of model on it’s LTL after only a short period.

    This 202-unit townhome-style complex was a poorly ran asset in a high-demand market. Since our purchase, we have introduced new management and maintenance staff, with new operational excellence standards. We have also made significant investments in quality design and unit upgrades, with new and improved amenities for families providing a much nicer and safer place to live. This asset has exceeded underwriting expectations and is executing 2-3 years ahead of the model with LTL.

  • THE LAMAR

    The Lamar is a Class A loft asset in Macon, Georgia. We purchased the asset at a 15% discount to market, implemented professional management, added amenities, and are improving the design aesthetic of the units. The asset required creative financing to meet the sellers needs which added immediate equity at closing in addition to the value-add work.
